Leg Press: The Ultimate Low Impact Leg Workout

When it comes to working out our legs, the leg press is a must-have exercise in our routine.

Muscles Used:
This machine allows you to target your quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, all in one motion. Here are some of the benefits of incorporating leg press into your workout:

Why it’s important:
- Builds muscle mass: The leg press is a compound exercise that works multiple muscle groups at once. This makes it an efficient exercise for building muscle mass in your legs.
- Improves strength and power: The leg press requires a significant amount of force to move the weight, which can improve your overall strength and power.
- Low impact: The leg press is a low-impact exercise, which makes it a great option for people recovering from injuries or who have joint pain.
- Variety: You can target different areas of your legs by adjusting your foot placement on the machine. For example, placing your feet high on the platform will target your quadriceps, while placing them low will target your glutes.

My Opinion:
Personally, I love leg presses because of the low impact it has on my knees especially on the road to recovery after an injury. The only challenge is I don’t have one at my own little gym! Overall, the leg press is a great addition to any workout routine and I highly recommend it.
